Pavilion Rental
$100
Includes pavilion and ballfield use due to limited parking.
Ballfield Practice
No charge for eligible Margaret residents and teams. A reservation is required to secure the field.
Ballfield Games
$100
For scheduled games requiring exclusive field use.

Reservation time includes arrival, setup, event activities, cleanup, and departure.
Before You Reserve
Please review these important guidelines before submitting your request:
- The person submitting the reservation must be at least 18 years old.
- Reservations are not confirmed until approved by the City and any required payment is received.
- Pavilion reservations include use of the ballfield because parking is limited; simultaneous organized pavilion and ballfield events may not be permitted.
- The reserved area must be cleaned and all trash, decorations, and personal belongings removed before departure.
- Alcohol is prohibited unless specifically authorized by the City; fireworks and open fires are prohibited.
- All guests must follow posted park rules and the City's Park Rules & Public Use Guidelines.
How to Reserve
1. Choose Your Date & Time
Select an available date and reservation time below.
2. Complete Your Request
Enter your contact and event information and select the appropriate reservation type.
3. Review & Accept the Agreement
Review the Park Reservation Agreement & Terms of Use and check the required acceptance box.
4. Watch for City Confirmation
City staff will review your request and contact you regarding approval, additional information, and payment when applicable.
IMPORTANT: Your reservation request remains PENDING until approved by the City and any required payment has been received. You will receive an official confirmation when your reservation is complete.
