Sealed bids must be submitted to the City Clerk, City of Margaret, Alabama, no later than 4:00 p.m. on Monday, August 3, 2026. Each sealed envelope shall be clearly marked:
"SEALED BID – SURPLUS VEHICLES/EQUIPMENT"

Sealed bids will be publicly opened during the City Council meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, August 3, 2026, at Margaret City Hall.

All vehicles and equipment are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees, either expressed or implied. Prospective bidders are encouraged to inspect the property prior to submitting a bid.

The City of Margaret reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to accept the bid or bids deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
